Snowman making

Our friends from SuperMomScraps came to help us ring in the new year. I made chocolate chip cookies and had them still warm from the oven when we plunked the ice cream on top, drizzled the hot fudge and counted down the seconds until 2010.

I gotta tell you, I'm glad to see the end of 2009. I've had way better years.

But while everyone was here we got snow. Actually we got more snow than any of us ever wanted. But the kids had fun with the first little snow of the weekend.



They played out in the back yard and made snowmen. DD made her very first one and gave it a nose.

Another larger snowman was made there in the yard further back to keep Kodi company. Thanks guys. I miss him a lot and I know you do too.
